If you like to give feedback or suggestions about the Practice you can do so by clicking on the NHS Choices link or you can also direct these comments directly to the Practice manager by emailing her on firstname.lastname@example.org or by writing to her at 3-7 Welbeck Road, Harrow, Middlesex, HA2 0RQ for the attention of Ann Knight.
Alternatively by clicking the Review the Practice tab you can directly leave feedback about any one of our three sites on the NHS Choices website.
You can also provide us with feedback, after every contact if you so wish, by completing the Friends and Family Test, which is available online or within the practice.
We aim to deliver the highest level of care and service to our patients at all times. However, if you have any feedback, we welcome your suggestions and complaints.
- Put a note in the suggestion box available at our reception desks (or hand in your complaint to the receptionist for the attention of the practice manager)
- Speak to our practice manager or his/her deputy
- Write to us with your complaint, which can either be emailed to email@example.com or sent by letter addressed to the 'Practice Manager, GP Direct, 3-7 Welbeck Road, Harrow, HA2 0RQ.'
We follow the NHS guidance on complaint handling and therefore endeavour to acknowledge your complaint as quickly as possible and will liaise with you as to how you would like us to deal with your complaint and the subsequent response following our initial investigation.
If you are not satisfied with our response following a complaint you have the right to take your complaint to the NHS Ombudsman.
