Samantha Sharkey joined as our Practice Manager in June 2018. Samantha brings 15 years of NHS experience with her and has worked as a senior manager for a GP provider organisation. Samantha ensures that the practice runs smoothly, overseeing both the admin and reception teams.
Omer Hussein
Omer Hussein is our Service Development Manager. He is responsible for service developments and improvements within the practice. He also has a key role in IT and communications at GP Direct. He has a real passion for improving services and communication with patients.
Naznin Merali
Naznin Merali is our Deputy Practice Manager and Financial Supervisor ensuring the smooth running of financial matters of the organisation on a day to day basis and providing support to the management team.
Sangeeta Patel
Sangeeta Patel is our Receptionist Manager having joined the practice in July 2018. She has over 25 years of experience in the NHS. She ensures that patients receive a high quality service from the reception team.
Fariyal Mohammed Ayub
Fariyal is our Admin Manager. She began her journey at GP Direct as a Receptionist and progressed to Deputy Reception Manager before stepping into her current role as Admin Manager. With seven years of NHS experience, she brings strong operational expertise and a passion for clinical workflow and back‑office processes. Fariyal is dedicated to ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the practice, supporting clinicians and administrative teams to deliver high‑quality patient care
