A free confidential service for 5 to 24 year olds who need support around their own or another person’s drug or alcohol (substance) use.

Packs available with essential items such as washing detergent, nappies, wipes, hyginene products and other self-care products. Ever Wednesday 14:00-17:00 and every Suday 11:30 – 14:30 at the Salaam Centre

Warm Hubs are warm, safe places where residents can expect a friendly and inclusive welcome. Run by local charities and community organisations, hubs provide a welcoming space for Harrow residents to meet and get involved in activities. 

Abortion, vasectomy and contraception support. MSI provide NHS-funded and self-funded abortion and vasectomy care through their network of local clinics all over England. 

Sexual health and contraceptive services are here for you across Brent, Ealing, Harrow, and Hillingdon You can call them for an assessment and they will offer you an appointment if you need one

Harrow Talking Therapies is a free, confidential NHS service which provides psychological treatment for depression and anxiety disorders.  

Worried about your own or someone else’s alcohol or drug use? Via provide free and confidential advice, care and support for people in Harrow aged 18+

The Shape Up programme is run by Watford FC and commissioned by Harrow Council’s Public Health Team. It’s a 12-week course that includes food and lifestyle education, as well as fun physical activity sessions.

Harrow Cove is a safe, inviting, and inclusive space where residents of the borough can go if they are experiencing mental health crisis.
