We’re pleased to let you know that a hearing loop is now available at the Welbeck Road front desk and in the waiting room.
The hearing loop is designed to make it easier for patients with hearing loss to hear conversations and announcements, particularly when the waiting area is busy or noisy.
If you use a hearing aid with a hearing loop function, you may need to select ‘T’ (telecoil) on your hearing aid to connect to the system. Newer hearing aids and devices may connect automatically.
We hope this new facility will help make visits to Welbeck Road more accessible, comfortable and welcoming for everyone.
