Please note it will take up to 48 hours to register you. In some cases this might take longer, if this is the case you will be contacted.
If you are in the UK for less than 6 months please comeplete a Temporary Registration form
If you are staying with family or friends in the area and are in need of medical assistance, You can register with us as a temporary resident for either up to 14 days or up to 3 months, depending on the length of your visit. You will need to complete a Temporary Registration Form (GMS3) at the surgery before your appointment.
Any consultations you receive during this time will be passed on to your registered GP for their information.
