Harrow Horizons
The team at Harrow Horizons offers mental health and therapeutic support, including early intervention, for those at risk of homelessness and other harmful behaviours.
We work with children and young people aged 0 to 18, or up to 25 with a special educational need or disability, alongside their families.
Harrow Horizons provides:
counselling, information, advice and guidance on recovering and rebuilding family relationships.
support to children and young people in Harrow who need help to improve their emotional health and wellbeing.
Referrals are accepted from young people themselves, parents/carers and professionals by email, phone and face to face.
